Painting in hanging scroll (thangka) format, with replacement streamers, veil, and decorative stitched borders.
Probably not a representation of a female deity; more likely an image of The First Kulika King of Shambala, Manjushrikirti (Beautiful Radiant Glory). Dark-skinned deity.
