wrathful Tutelary Deity, representing the power of all Buddhas.
Vajrapani (Tibetan: chan na dor je. English: the Vajra Sceptre Holder), dark blue, with three faces, blue, white and red. With six hands, two hold upraised to the sides a vajra and bell. The remaining two pairs of hands hold two snakes. The heads of the snakes are being crushed by the mouths of the three heads of Vajrapani.
A religious figure sits at the bottom left wearing a yellow robe and a broad rimmed yellow hat and on the right a monk sits in a kneeling posture with the hands clasped in prayer.
