鉴赏:
Seated in padmasana on a double lotus base, holding a Vajra with the right hand [as an embodiment of Vajrayana observance], and a ghanta with the left hand [as a sonic focus for meditation]; the Deity's head crowned with an elaborate, turquoise-set headdress (some old cracks). 17cm (6¾in) high.
For comparable iconography, with the ghanta held in the left hand and the vajra held in the right, see the large gilt bronze of Vajradhara (attributed to 15th century Tibet) in Christie's New York, 20.3.2002. (lot 115).
